• Detailed structure of the building

The inspection trip for two people will be free.
• Delivery
  After the construction phase is finished, we inform the related authorities and then we get your residence permit. Once you do the last controls and all the deficiencies are exterminated, we deliver you your new villa. We provide legal coverage for every stage of the construction, beginning with the control of the property titles of the land, to when the building is taken over by the new owner. This coverage is provided by solicitors or notaries, specialized in the relevant issue.
