The villa has six individual structures. Guests will see for first thing upon entering the Banyan Estate is the gigantic Banyan tree in the middle of the complex that towers above the dining bale. To the west, lies a small lawn containing tropical flowers and strands of young bamboo. The property is roughly triangular shaped and bordered on two sides by high walls, with its longest side next to a small river.

There are many separate and distinct areas where guests can congregate in large numbers, or break up into smaller groups, depending on how the mood strikes them, making the Banyan Estate eminently suitable for hosting large groups of people and entertaining as the result of its large size and detached structures.

Two floors with a large wrap-around deck on the second floor, topped by an alang-alang (thatched) roof form the main house. the dining room has sixteen-seat wooden table that was custom built for the house. A large open-plan western style kitchen with all the modern amenities is detached by a wide counter and full with bar stools. The villa has the gym lies behind the guesthouse and next to the river in its own small building, sixteen staff ready in hand providing all domestic services and 24-hour security, to ensure that your stay is a pleasant one.
