This villa was designed by Stephan Remini and like all his projects he was able to optimize all living areas, 1000 m2 of land, 400 m2 living space. 5 bedrooms (including a master bed room in its own separate area), two pools, a fish pond, two gardens, a bar and a patio, a kitchen, living area 200 m2. The decoration was provided by Stephan Remini who designed a line of unique furniture.

This villa has been designed to provide 5 bedrooms (rare in this area). The Villa Hôtel is located within 200 m from famous restaurants of Bali (Ultimo, Trattoria, Cafe Bali) less than 400 m from the sea, although it is only 300 m from KUDETA the villa remains a very peaceful and quiet retreat while very close to the main attractions of Seminyak.
