Villa Moyo and Villa Rinca sit side by side in an idyllic rice field setting a mere ten minute drive from great shopping, nightlife and restaurants.

The villas are your home away from home and have been designed to ensure a perfect stay for families, friends & couples. Each of the three private bedrooms overlook the swimming pool, with the most difficult decision being ‘which room to stay in’ - as they are all beautiful, have their own en-suite bathrooms and have been designed to provide privacy and comfort.

We are situated in the traditional village of Banjar Bumbak, with an access road of 300 metres which leads across beautiful rice terraces. The villas are each on a private  block of 700 sq metres, the villas are 250 sq metres. The location is surrounded by indigenous palm trees at the top of the rice terrace. The vista slopes gently down to the Sumai river.

The villa entrance features a carved water feature in front of the pool which offers privacy upon entering. Each of the two contemporary villas consist of 3 airconditioned bedrooms with king size beds & stunning private indoor/outdoor bathrooms including 2 showers, a deep bath & twin vanities. In each bedroom there are hairdryers, DVD, TV & a digital security safe. Adjacent is the open air fully-equipped kitchen with all modern amenities & personal cook. From the kitchen you look into the dining area where the dining table comfortably seats 8 & then on into the lounge & entertainment areas with a stereo & TV system. There is also a stainless steel BBQ undercover next to the kitchen.

The lounge & bedrooms open out onto a 15 metre natural stone tiled swimming pool & water feature with a 4mx2m Balinese Bale (gazebo) & 4 sunlounges. The Bale makes for an ideal spot for afternoon drinks or a quiet getaway to read or nap. Through the bale you see a fan palm back drop. Set within the lush topical gardens it is easy to enjoy the tranquility the villa offers. There is a hi speed broadband plug in point (running at 100.0Mbps) plus hotspot wireless. The lounge has a DVD/CD surround sound system & large screen TV with cable television - showing over 60 channels.

LOCATION:
Located within easy reach to the Seminyak area with it’s restaurants, bars & clubs - only 10 minutes away but far enough to feel the Balinese country feeling. You can hear the roar of the Canggu surf beach which is also 10 minutes away.
