The Sungi swimming pool gets its name from the flowing Sungi River. It is 20 x 8 meters wide and is built right into the hillside. The pool is surrounded by beautiful nature and stunning views. This villa is designed to fit a modern lifestyle but still has characteristics of traditional Balinese architecture. It has a 21st century touch with sleek modern structures. It has ironwood shingle roofs, folding glass walls, indigenous stones, and native wood finishings. This villa is made with complete facilities for your every need.

Entrance

You will feel like you are in a different world as you enter Arsana villa. It has amazing landscape with palm trees and a beautiful lotus pond. We have a large car garage with a security station and welcome statues. We have a traditional Balinese meeting pavilion that leads you down stunning stone stairs made of Batu Yoga creamy white stone. You will notice that there are two twin fountains and the walls are made out of Serai stone.

The Arsana Estate Main Building

The main building in Arsana is the focal social attraction. It is shaped symmetrically as a U. It looks over the gardens and the swimming pool. The floor is terrazzo and is polished black. There are two wings in this building. One of the wings is a living area and has many fans. It also has a bar and an air-conditioned TV room. The other wing has a dining room that is also fan cooled. It has an open kitchen and a billiard room that is air-conditioned. All areas that are not air-conditioned and are fan cooled have glass walls that can be opened. You will enjoy the open living experience.

Living Room

You can relax and enjoy the view of the swimming pool from the living room. There are folding glass doors that lead you to the terrace. The room has beautiful teak wooden floors.

Bar

The bar is a made out of black terrazzo. It is a semi circle with six red bar stools, red lamps, and also has speakers. It’s a great place to kick back relax and have a drink.

TV Room

Out TV room is well equipped with a 39-inch LCD flat screen, satellite, DVD player, and a surround sound system. The room is air-conditioned and is well furnished with a large sofa, ottomans, beanbags, rugs, and even beautiful paintings.

Dining Room

The dining room has a beautiful glass top dining table with 12 comfortable chairs. It has glass walls that open up into the terrace to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Kitchen

The kitchen is very open with stainless steal and white terrazzo. It has a four burner hob and woven aluminium lanterns.

Billiard Room

Our billiard room is decorated blue and is air-conditioned. It has a chess set, huge mirror, two big armchairs and bar stools. You can sit down and have drink while you watch people play games. There is also a bathroom in the billiard room for your convenience.

Breakfast Pergola

You can have breakfast under the pergola. It has a tiled terracotta floor with a wooden chrome table and chairs. You will love the surrounding orchids.

Terrace

There is an open-air terrace that is right between the living room and the dining room. It is a perfect atmosphere to relax and look out into serenity. The pool is only a few meters below the terrace. The terrace has comfortable rattan like chairs that guests can relax on while enjoying its beautiful surroundings. A shallow reflective pond surrounds the terrace. It has an infinity edge style that makes the water look like it’s overflowing into the jungle, when it actually flows into the swimming pool below.

Bedrooms

There are four bedrooms in the villa. The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and the other two bedrooms are furnished each with a queen sized bed. The last room is furnished with two twin beds and a desk. Each of these rooms is fully equipped with air conditioning, private pavilion, high ceilings, ceiling fans, and a veranda in the front where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the garden. Every room is structured in a way where it gets a lot of light from the outside. They all have wooden teak floors. The rooms also have sliding glass doors in the front and windows on both sides so you can make the most out of the beautiful views that this villa offers.

There is a dressing area that is located in the middle of the sleeping area and the bathroom of each pavilion. It has twin ceramic basins, big large mirrors, and tons of hanging and storage space. All the bathrooms are decked out with cream terrazzo and are surrounded by a bulrush pon. They all have sunken soaking tubs, toilets, and showers that are in frosted glass cubicles. The rooms have glass doors that open up so you can have an open air experience. Every room has a colour theme of blue, green, yellow, and red that matches the cushions, lampshades, upholstery, accessories, and local artwork.

Guests’ privacy is protected by the presence of the peaceful Buddha statues, each one resting in front of the high walls that girdle each pond. Each bedroom follows a bold colour theme – blue, green, yellow or red – with coordinating cushions, lampshades, upholstery, accessories and attractive local artwork. Each veranda is furnished with a pair of comfortable cushioned armchairs.

Master Suite

The master suite has an air-conditioning TV room with a 29 inch screen satellite TV that is mounted on the wall. It has a DVD player as well as a surround sound system. It has a bale where you can relax and meditate. It’s a great place to take it easy, have a drink, or read book. You will love the views of the exotic garden and the sunset while sitting on the bale.

Swimming Pool, Pool Bar, Massage Rooms, Massage Bale

The swimming pool is furnished with sun beds and umbrellas. You can take advantage of the pool bar which is made out of Palimanan stone. It also has a teakwood roof, fans, stools, table, and also daybeds that are great for lounging. You can enjoy BBQ’s and exotic drinks at the bar. You can even get a massage after a long and tiring day. There are two massage rooms that are right by the pool and also a riverside bale where you can also get a nice peaceful massage.

Party Atmosphere Friendly

The Arsana is a wonderful place to hold any special occasion. You name it, the Arsana has got it.  It has a huge and extensive facility that can accommodate any party that you want to throw.  From Weddings to Reunions, we have the grounds to do it! The Arsana has a massive and open tropical garden that is great for entertaining. We have the kitchen, staff, and equipment to cater for any amount of guests. You can also have food catered from outside professionals. We can even do the decorations for your party; provide the flowers, lighting, and the entertainment. You can even set a party up at the poolside. Guests can hang out on the pool deck and the terrace to watch Balinese dancing.

The poolside bar pavilion can be set up as an alfresco dining pavilion, guests can spill out onto the pool deck, and the elevated terrace above the pool then see the most fantastic Balinese dance performance as once it is utilised as a stage. 

Location

The Arsana is in the beautiful village of Kaba Kaba in Tabanan. The Nirwana golf course is only a ten minute drive away which is known to be the best golf course in all of Asia. The airport is only a 55 minute drive away and is also near famous tourist spots like Tanah Lot.
