Aqua Villa was created using local materials and was finish built in 2007. This villa has an impressive, unusual tropical design of building with the uniqueness from plenty of space, relaxing luminosity and places to calm down. Dining Pavilion
Facilitated with a glossy black varnished dining table for eight people, the dining pavilion is located in the open air pavilion with wooden ceiling as the roof and completed by a pendulous paddle fans. A very pleasant experience of outdoor dining is what the bar and service area in the pavilion offers.
Sunken Lounge
A gorgeous beautiful outdoor space perfect for pleasant pre-dinner cocktails or after-dinner coffee and drink called the sunken lounge is made side to the dining pavilion. A black terrazzo covered the floor of this sunken lounge and exclusively completed by soft cushioned seat arrangement around the three sides of a comfortable area.
Garden, Pool, and Chill out Areas
The guest will be stirred by the Zen property as they overstepa decorative ornamental area into fenced garden where most the area is dominated by a 23 metre swimming pool with a flat area covered by short grass framing it interspacedwith palms and frangipani trees With its domination of the garden, the very impressive swimming pool not only allow the guests to sit, relax or lie in the water at the stepped levels but also allow the guests to do some swimming laps for its wide and deep channel feature. Look like floating upon the surface of the water are four traditional Balinese “bale’ relaxation pavilions called poolside cabanas. A soft mattress fitted each bale and white roller blinds with a white Sunbrella canopy will protect the guests from the sun every time they want to have some relaxation in this bale. An out door huge fizzy jacuzzy features at the centre between the two bales. It is can not be denied a completely relaxation has become the the theme of this lovely Bali’s villa with comfortable in every aspect of this villa designed specially for the pleasure of the guests. At the pool’s top end of this villa, the guests can found the other relaxing area, where the sunny rooftop level can be reach through an outside staircase.
Barbeque
A facility for an unforgettable outdoor dinner party is offered by a black terrazzo outdoor buffet table completed with the barbeque grill.
Steam Room
One side corner of the villa was chosen as the place for a huge walk in steam room. It is big enough with an icy glass door, bench seating, soft white Palimanan stone fence expanding into a curved ceiling and a non-slip white granite floor where four people can use the steamy room at the same time.
Party Room
A soundproofed party room, where the guests can access it from the garden through strong sliding wood door is a specially private, roomy, without window and chilled. A ceiling fan, a 39 inch, LCD flat screen satellite TV, together with a DVD player placed on the wall and a sound system quality with surround sound speakers on the ceiling makes the party room in this villa even more special than ever. A large upholstered sofa and corner units, a coffee table and built in shelf furnish the party room in this villa. Next to a guest wash room, a black terrazzo and bar made from teakwood were placed at one end. The lamps are dug in into the ceiling and reflection ofthe elements decorated the white walls and spaces for dancing are provided in the plenty way. A wonderful party for 20 to 30 guests can be held without fear making disturbance for the neighbour in this stunning party room.
Kitchen
A complete package of modern kitchen is located secretly at the back of the house, and provided by the easiness of services since it is enclosed to the dining pavilion. Everything that the guests or the staff need to make tasty meals, new original biffet and party snacks can be provided by the facilities of the kitchen in the Aqua villa.
Bedrooms
A queen bed and integral bedside cabinets, unique lamps, white closet and drawer featured by all the four air-conditioned bedrooms which can be reached by floor to ceiling sliding glass door. Each floor of the villa has two bedrooms. The metropolitan style of the villa is a masterpieceof progressive simplicity which hold the refreshing white walls, calm creamy white terrazzo floors, melodious grey and white furniture and a great quantity of space and ordinary lights. The roomy bathroom which connected to each bedroom has a huge terrazzo sopping tub, two identical washbasins, and a toilet sheltered by an icy glass door. Besides the out of sigh air conditioning units, each bedroom also completed with a safe deposit box for guest’s precious items, a Bose iPod sound port. Three bedrooms has a satellite TV connection and if the guests want, a TV can be provided for their pleasure.
Rooftop terrace and sundeck
A large 2x4 metre daybed sheltered by a pergola drop in red passionflowers, fit the big open air terrace that is edged by pink blossoming bougainvillea, located on the rooftop level. An open air path for walking away spread out curvedly at this superior level where daybeds leaved at diverse distance and surrounded by a glass fence and a wood partition supported the places. A perfect spot for sunbathing where the four bug sun-mattresses are available islocated at a sunny wood floor deck decorated by a superficial attractive area on three sides. The guests will sense the feel of on top of the world in this very serene and superior place.
