The common living areas of the villa are entirely floored with marble, and the actual structure is composed of white stucco ceilings framed by huge ironwood beams supported by matching columns, making the areas completely open-air.
All of the bedrooms consist of an enclosed air-conditioned room with its own bathroom. Ironwood is chosen to be the material for the floor and ceilings. At least one glass wall that enables you to look at the ocean-side gardens is installed in each bedroom.
