Modern tropical structural design, a great quantity of illumination, enormous aluminium-framed picture windows, wide balcony-terraces, and a brusque white decor set apart The Sanur Residence. Six people can be accommodated by each house in the villa.

Each of the three houses consist of three bedrooms with integral marble bathrooms, a living room and dining room with a table for six, a fully en suite kitchen, additional sitting areas and large terraces but possess different features. The garden is surrounded by rice fields, sweet corn and tobacco farm, and encircled by papaya and banana groves and was decorated attractively by the reflective ponds, flat green coastal lawns and a romantic relaxation pavilion.

Impressive outlook of the seashore and the ocean, broaden all the way from Sanur to Mt Agung in the east bless The buildings. The terraces of all three of the buildings set within the residence will enable you to enjoy The fabulous legendary sunrises of Bali. The unexplained soaring sea cliffs of the nearest Nusa Penida Island will be immersed in a balmy pink blush in the early mornings. It is just 50 meters in distance and perfect for both surfing and swimming. A path through the rice fields is the access and has a secret timber deck where the guests at the residence can use it at anytime. The guest will have an entertaining opportunity to see the local fishermen going away to the sea every day in their colorful outrigger boats called ‘jukung’ in Balinese language.

Air-conditioner and ceiling fans will be the cooler system in each room of Sanur Residence, where the guest can chose one according to their needs. Decorative pebble-lined ponds border the doorway that is secluded by strong doors that move backward and forward open into the fresh interiors. Folding glass doors open onto a plethora of terraces at the upstairs and downstairs let the chilly sea air to flood the area. White quilt covers, white soft furniture and colorful local artwork harmonize the dark wood finishes. Each bedroom are complemented by a timber floor, a TV with local channels and DVD player, top quality King Koil mattresses, a telephone, safe deposit box, an emergency button, where each of the master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, shower, hairdryer, shaver mirror, electrical shaver socket, and a thoughtful array of shampoo and bath products.

Building No.1

Building No 1 is the building of the residence faces the west. It has the open-plan Living Room, Media Room & Dining Room with a comfy L-shaped sofa, cozy coffee tables, a dining table, and a flat screen satellite TV and DVD player and music system. The stylish, dark grey floor burned granite and is made non-slip to ensure the guest safety. Another cozy sitting area overlooks the gardens and views can be the alternative to relax your body.

The en suite kitchen has a walk in storeroom and is completed with an electric hob with a stainless steel cover, an plenty of fitted cupboards, a black marble work surface, a big stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, toaster and wine rack.>

A dark wood bed in queen size, a indolent chair, bedside tables and a carpet; folding doors open into the garden provide in the Master Bedroom located downward. A dressing area next to the bathroom has en suite wardrobes with icy glass doors and a full length. Twin washbasins, a coffee and cream marble floor and vanity unit, mirrors, white walls, and a grooved marble floor that forms the stand of the rain shower at the back a glass dividing wall owned by the brightness and well-ventilated en-suite marble bathroom. The bathroom also has a wide and large Jacuzzi marbled bathtub next to a large icy glass window.

The upstairs is chosen to allocate the second bedroom. The bedroom has twin beds with leather headboards, built-in wardrobes, and a comfortable cushioned sofa. The glass doors in the bedroom are the access to a short timber deck with a fluctuation bench seat. A shower cubicle behind a glass door, toilet and washbasin en suited the fixed marble bathroom. A sunken Jacuzzi tub shared with the bedroom next door exposed by the icy glass doors slide.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a small library completed with a desk. As the bathroom in the third bedroom share the sunken Jacuzzi tub in the second bedroom’s bathroom through the icy door, the third bathroom is the reflection of the adjoining second bathroom. The bedroom has the wide 5 x 7-metre sunny lava-stone tiled and a terrace that can be accessed from the second bedroom. The terrace will serve you magnificent views of the extensive coastline, Nusa Penida Island, and the bordering rice fields.

The brightness and well-ventilated basement is the unique element of first building which integrates the Main Dining Room with eight individual tables that can be attached together to make one larger table if it is necessary to do. The dining room is located next to the Full Service Kitchen that accommodate for the whole residence. Guests can still enjoy the view at this level, since the terraced landscape guarantees it. The guest will be able to experience a partly-open air dining as soon as the glass doors on three sides are opened. A wine underground store and an adjacent powder room with basin and toilet is also available at this area.

Building No.2

As the centre building of the Sanur Residence is the Second Building, where a cream polished granite floor distinguish the building. The building has a lifted Dining Area designed by the Italian designer named Carlo and is decorated with an abundantly grained coconut shell dining table and chairs by the Bali. Meanwhile, at the other side of the area, the kitchen is positioned and designed in similar with the first building’s kitchen comprehensive with a breakfast bar and high seats.

The Living & Media Room can be reached by just only take four steps downward and has two exquisite soft leather sofas and a matching ottoman as the furniture. To entertain the guests, the building is provided with a 42-inch plasma screen TV, DVD player while the youngsters will sit on the soft beanbags comfortly. A terrace scattered with a daybed can be accessed trough the glass doors. Side to the living area, a powder room with basin and toilet is positioned.

Allocated at downstairs, the Second and Third Bedrooms feature beds in queen size, integral wardrobes and shared a bathroom. Positioned upstairs, The Master Bedroom sided by another munificent Terrace with a glass door stand halfway up the open staircase function as the access. The windy terrace is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise. The luxurious master bedroom has all luxurious furniture. The bed is a pair of twin beds. A coconut shell table by Carlo, sofas, a fridge, and a penshell cabinet decorate the living area. A tiny wooden sundeck equipped with chairs and big umbrella and can be entered from the sitting area characterizes part of the terrace. Washbasins from ‘His & Hers’, a rain shower and toilet at one end and a Jacuzzi bathtub at the other end are integrated within the huge integral bathroom. The bathroom also allows you to see the rural view as there are large windows and the open air places on top of the bath and shower guarantee stable air ventilation.

Building No. 3

The third building is built towards the east and has a dark, burnt granite non-slip floor to distinguish it from other construction. Next to a wooden deck protected by a pergola, situated the Dining area which can accommodate for six people. The kitchen is situated at one side and has the same design like in the first and second building’s kitchen. A large bamboo daybed facing the ocean view is putted in Living Area located in the middle of the buildings. The building is the only one that has a separate, self-contained media room – a pleasant Home Theatre with a 60-inch screen for watching movies and satellite TV channels. A sofa, beanbags and shelf units will complete your experience of best entertainment in this Home Theatre.

From halfway up the stairs, the guests can access the Second Bedrooms and the Third Bedroom. Twin bed and a futon are supplied in the Second Room, while a queen size bed and sofa are provided in the Third Room. A Jacuzzi bathtub in the same layout as Bedrooms 2 & 3 in Buildings. 1 & 2.link the integral bathrooms in both of the bedrooms.

The Sanur Residence is a silent and secure spot for your holiday preferably to be found in a rustic beachside. It takes only not more than ten minutes to reach the historical village of Sanur.
