Dining Pavilion comes with a huge teak dining table 18 seats, white Palimanan stone floor, antique artifacts, wooden benches, a stainless steel sculpture, ornamental pond runs along one side and a guest washroom.

Library / Media Room & Upper Deck
Located close to the entrance of the property at the upper level. Featuring a teakwood floor, a ceiling fan in addition to the air-conditioning, L-shaped sofas, ottomans, coffee tables, lamps, built-in bookshelves, 1.5 metre cinema screen, supported by a hi-tech surround-sound and music system, and a projector for showing movies and DVDs, in addition to satellite TV channels.
Bedrooms
There are two master suites, the two double suites and two twin-bedded suites (in total six air-conditioned bedrooms) comes with en-suite bathroom, dressing room, open-air relaxation deck a flat screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player with quality sound system, and a safe deposit box.
