The villa consists of one main two-storey building set on a gorgeous sprawling property, the gardens of which have been maturing for over a decade. Prominent features of the house are its large open-air living room opening on the pool deck, providing an easy transition from indoors to out. Its large freeform swimming pool has an eye-catching shape, emphasizing and reinforcing the minimalist features of the villa. The decor is funky yet stylish, pulling a mix of elements together into a modern and youthful combination.
The two buildings feature a mix of stone, wood and marble flooring. High ceilings grace all the rooms with the focus of the complex being inwards toward the swimming pool. All the bedrooms feature air-conditioning, with fans decorating the ceilings within the open-air areas. A bathtub large enough for more than two looking out onto is own private garden is the focal point of the master bedroom. There are four full-sized bedrooms with queen-sized bed, all with ensuite bathrooms. Additional sleeping space is provided with the inclusion of a fifth bedroom featuring a single bed intended for use by children or nannies.
