Contract
PAMBALI, hereinafter referred to as ‘The Agent’, acts merely as booking agents on behalf of owners of holiday accommodation. The contract entered into is between the owner of the property and the Holidaymaker, hereinafter referred to as ‘The Client’. The contract is not effective until all necessary payments have been received by PAMBALI and confirmation has been sent to the client.
Passport
PLEASE NOTE – you will not be allowed into the country if your passport is valid for less than six months. It is imperative because there have been clients in the past that have not been able to enter through the Denpasar airport because their passport expiration date is less than six months.
Registration with Indonesian Authorities
We are required by law to register all guests with the local authorities. The villa management will need to make a copy of your passport to make sure that you are registered with the authorities.
Bali Villa Seasons
Different rates will apply depending on the season for which you have reserved your accommodation.

Minimum Stay
There is a minimum stay of three (3) nights during the low season, seven (7) nights during the high season, and ten (10) nights during the peak season.
Rates
All rates are quoted in US Dollar currency. Tax is not included and is subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations
Telephone Charge Bond
There will be a required 300.00 USD international telephone security deposit for all villas. Indonesia has very high international calling rates. It takes time for the company Telkom which is the national telephone company of Indonesia to give us a statement before our guest’s departure. When we receive your telephone statement receipt, we will give you a copy of it with the appropriate amount.
The villa manager will refund you before you leave unless there are any damages or repairs that need to be done.
Services
Airport pick up and drop offs, welcome drink, chilled towel, and fresh fruit basket upon arrival is all included in the package.
Check In & Check Out Time
Check in time is at 2:00 p.m. and check out time is at 11:00 a.m.
Late check out until 6:00 p.m. is given upon availability.
Events and Parties
You may not have any large parties in any of the villas without previous arrangements or special permission. For large parties or any special events, a license must be given from the local authorities, which an extra fee must be paid. There is also a Banjar fee. All villas have set rules when it comes to its usage for events and parties.
Most villas will not allow weddings or any other events if there is no coordinator that has been hired. Although there are many weddings and events that are being held in villas, owners may not allow it unless there is an early confirmation.
You should confirm any special events such as weddings or any large parties to your agent right away.
Insurance
You should check to see if you are covered with your health insurance prior to coming. Having a comprehensive insurance to protect you from sickness, injury, death, loss of baggage, personal items, and medical evacuation is something to really look into.
Damage and Losses
Clients are responsible for any damages or any losses during time of stay. The owner has the right to reposes’ the property if the client causes excessive damage or participates in any unlawful act.
PAMBALI is not liable to the client, occupier, or guest on the property for any sickness, injury, loss or damage to personal belongings, and any additional expenses.
Late arrivals of International flights, civil disturbance, fire, floods, severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment is outside of our Control. PAMBALI will not be held responsible for any delays, additional expenses or any inconvenience caused.
Numbers in Party and Suitability
The number of people staying in a property must not exceed the maximum number that is in the property description unless there are prior arrangements that have been done. PAMBALI has the right to refuse any booking.
Liability
The agency makes every effort to make sure everything in the brochure is accurate, up to Date, and that the properties meet its required standards. The agency is not held responsible for anything that is done beyond its control such as alterations done to the Property.
Complaints
If you have any complaints concerning a property, you should take it directly to the owner or the manager of the villa. If it cannot be resolved, the matter should be reported to PAMBALI. You may partially be refunded if you have a legitimate complaint. We will investigate the issue and may take weeks to finalize. If you submit a complaint upon departure or when you return home, claims will not be investigated effectively and will not be granted.
